**Processing Time**
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom cut or special orders may take an additional 1–2 days to prepare.

**Shipping Rates & Delivery**
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
- We offer Standard and Express delivery options.
- Estimated delivery time:
  - Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  - Other Locations: 5–7 business days
  - Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

**Order Tracking**
- Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
- Tracking may take 24 hours to update after dispatch.

**Shipping Delays**
